The Campbell's Company has sued Congressional candidate Shelby Campbell for using a soup can-style logo that resembles Campbell’s logo on her campaign website.
In the suit, the New Jersey-based company alleges Shelby Campbell’s use of a slogan and visual theme that looks similar to the design of a Campbell's soup can. The company also alleges Shelby Campbell failed to respond to a cease-and-desist letter demanding the logo be removed.
