DOJ Arrests Man for Doxing Oak Park ICE Agent

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced the arrest of a Minneapolis, Minnesota man for allegedly calling for the murder of federal agents and posting the address of an Oak Park agent online.

The man in question, self-identified Antifa member Kyle Wagner, was arrested for federal threat and cyberstalking charges after posting a video online urging followers to “hunt” ICE, including those who are “armed” to “fight [ICE]. This is kill or be killed.”

A decision to pursue an indictment, which would allow for a felony trial, will be announced in the near future, according to the DOJ’s release.

Ice Caves and Volcanoes Spotted on Great Lakes

Michiganders posted photos of ice caves and volcanoes that formed on Lake Michigan after weeks of frigid temperatures and heavy snow.

Popular spots where ice caves were seen on Lake Michigan include Empire, Glen Haven, Leland, and Northport.

While ice caves and volcanoes are stunning to the eye, they also can be dangerous, and officials are warning Michiganians to be cautious when encountering the structures.

Tigers’ Skubal Wins Record-Breaking $32 Million Arbitration Against Team

Detroit Tigers ace and two-time Cy Young winner Tarik Skubal won his arbitration case against the team and will earn a record-breaking $32 million this year after the decision.

Salary arbitration hearings are allowed when a player has between three to six years of experience, and the player proposes a salary based on past comparable salaries.

Skubal won the case based on a seldom-used provision, which allowed him to use his Cy Young awards to compare his salary to pitchers earning the highest salaries in the league.

It’s unclear how the ruling may affect Skubal’s future with the team. You can read more on the ruling here.
