Good afternoon!
Firstly, I want to thank all of you for helping the Mitten surpass 2,000 readers! This milestone is yet another step in our goal of bringing all of Michigan the best statewide news, every morning.
Until this point, the Mitten has been a solo operation. I launched this newsletter in late October, and since then, I am blessed to say we have seen incredible growth, and a great response to our news.
The Mitten is not only a mission for me, but a genuine joy to produce. However, I am one man, and my time is limited.
In order to grow the Mitten into a sustainable business and one that can maintain a five-times-weekly production schedule, we will be moving to a three-times-weekly schedule until further notice.
The extra time allotted by this change will allow me to focus on the business side as much as producing the newsletter. I.e. marketing, management, and advertising.
The Mitten is exploring multiple avenues to allow us to continue delivering news five days per week. One of them being, the Mitten Mug Club! As a member of the mug club, you would receive:

It is my goal to get the Mitten to a five-times-weekly publication as soon as possible. But until then, I look forward to seeing you on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting on Wednesday next week!
